Art galleries, High-end department stores such as Neiman Marcus or Gumps or Auction houses are where you'd find bronze sculptures for sale.

kamilahelaine, I actually have a female bronze bust similar to this by the American Master Frederick E. Hart (1943-1999). What's more, is I also have the male counterpart. If you wish to see them, send me a PM.

We've called them "rosettes" in the past. They are ornamental pieces that often have a screw on the back side or are glued to a screw. Functionally, they are used (in addition to mastic) to hold the mirrors in place and prevent sliding over time. Our glass shop makes their own out of lead poured into molds and then uses paint or patina to achieve different finishes. You could also silicone the rosettes onto the surface of the mirrors for ornamental effect only. Good Luck!

Style tip: Choose mirrors with a sense of past. Mirrors define the style of a room through their size, shape and patina. In a darkly romantic space, mirrors should feel like they’ve come from a bittersweet fairy tale.Antiqued or distressed mirrors look as if they’ve seen a lifetime of reflections. Black dots, scratches and missing areas are all part of the charm. Mirrors that have lost their silver mercury coating or paint on the back have an almost surreal patina. Foxed mirrors also are a beautiful choice for a darkly romantic style. Less intense than a distressed mirror, foxing is a “fogginess” that occurs in old mirrors when moisture gets between the mercury silvering and glass, causing reflections to appear in soft focus.

                                1. Antique MirrorsThey are so French and classic. But they can also be modern and crisp. And they add gleam and shimmer without too much flash.

This ranks up there with my all-time favorite photos on Houzz. The blue velvet glows in the light bouncing off the white walls and the antiqued mirror, its tones shifting between marine and navy and indigo for a quietly stunning effect.

                                4. Is it your style? Just because a magazine is touting black walls and antlers as the latest thing does not mean you should follow suit if it's not your taste. You know what you like, so just go with it. If you are going to make a major purchase, it should only be for something you truly, madly, deeply love.

Everything about this room says "lush" (don't you want to run a hand over those velvet chairs?). The scale and shape of the mirrored niche call to mind a grand European salon.

Rich blue upholstered chairs turn a dining room into an upscale event! Blue velvet doesn't just belong inside ring boxes. Have your dining room chairs re-upholstered in a velvet blue, and add silver nail heads for a sparkly finishing touch. If cost is a concern, embellish only the head chairs. The chairs in this gorgeous dining room made are instantly more glamorous by their ring pulls. The added metal detail helps create a balance in material by tying in these chairs with the shimmer of the chandelier and antiqued mirror.
