Hello. Great design, beautiful work. However, I wonder whether it is compliant to building code. Indeed, I asked my electrician recently to add electric outlets in bathroom drawers, he told me it was forbidden because there was a risk of fire from hot hairdryer and so on (Quebec, Canada). It was only acceptable to have such outlets in drawers in commercial buildings (hairdresser saloons). Basically, electric outlets cannot be enclosed within a drawer or a cupboard to avoid hot devices to initiate a fire. What would be the solution to keep hairdryers or other electric devices plugged in the bathroom? A stand over the counter? An open shelve?
