Can I add more time entries to an existing invoice?

Yes, you can add additional time entries to an existing invoice. Here's how:

  • From your Time & Expenses section, select the checkbox next to the time entry(s) that you wish to add to an existing invoice.
  • Next, click the Add to Existing Invoice option under the Create Invoice button in the top right corner.
  • In the modal that pops up, select the invoice you wish to add the entry(s). to. Use the search bar at the top to quickly find the correct one.
  • Click Continue in the lower right of the modal and you'll be taken directly to the invoice you selected.

Need to re-activate time entries that were already added to an invoice? If you didn't yet send out the invoice already, you can delete the entire invoice or select Remove on the individual time entry(s) you wish you re-activate. This will re-activate time entries on your time sheet, so you will then be able to add them to your desired invoice.
