How to Apply for a GreenSky® Loan as a Homeowner

If you are a client, you can apply for a GreenSky loan if you are working with a professional approved by GreenSky. Dependent on credit approval, GreenSky offers a wide range of loan options and benefits, including:
- Deferred interest plans
- Low interest or fixed interest rates
- Credit limits up to $100,000
- Multiple payment plan options
- Co-applicants on loans
The financing process is also pain-free and convenient. You can easily apply on the mobile app or on your phone, and receive a fast credit decision — often within seconds of your application submission. Funding is immediately available upon authorization, and you can make payments through a convenient online portal.
Loan Application Process
If you are working with a professional who is approved by GreenSky, there are two ways you can apply for a loan.
Direct Link from the Professional: A Houzz Pro professional can send along a personalized link via email, text or Houzz Pro message.
Within Houzz Pro Financial Documents: You can also apply for GreenSky loans directly from a shared estimate, invoice and/or change order. When you open up the document, you will see the payment options on the right side of your screen. Underneath Total Due, you will see the GreenSky logo, along with a See Loan Options button, as shown below.
Once you click the link or the See Loan Options button, you can start the loan application process. First, specify your desired loan amount.
A few payment plans will appear showcasing different interest rates and payment terms. Select the plan that works best for you, then click Get Started.
You will need to input all necessary information to receive the loan. Once completed, you will receive confirmation that your loan was submitted. GreenSky will reach out with approval confirmation or to request additional information.
