How to Duplicate Selection Boards, Items and Sections

Duplicate an Item in Selection Boards

You can duplicate an item from one selections board to another, within the same project or across different projects. To do so, click the three dots in the top right corner of the item you wish to duplicate, then select Duplicate Item from the menu.

Next, select the project and selections board to which this item should be duplicated. You can also choose a section within the board in which to duplicate the item to, but this field is optional.

To duplicate the item to a new board that doesn't currently exist, type the new board name into the Selections Board dropdown and hit return/enter to create the new board.

Note that aside from comments and approval status, all item details will be carried over.

Duplicate a Section in Selection Boards

You can duplicate an entire section, including the items in said section, from one selections board to another, within the same project or across different projects. To do so, click the three dots in the top right corner of the section you wish to duplicate, then select Duplicate Section from the menu.

Next, select the project and selections board to which this section should be duplicated.

To duplicate the section to a new board that doesn't currently exist, type the new board name into the Selections Board dropdown and hit return/enter to create the new board.

Note that the section's name and description, as well as all item details will be carried over, except for comments and approval status.

Duplicate a Selections Board

You can duplicate an entire selections board within the same project or across different projects. You have the ability to duplicate a selections board directly within the board itself, or from a selection boards overview page.

Note that all sections and item details will be carried over, except for comments and approval status. Mood Boards and Floor Plans included in any selection boards will not be duplicated.

From Within a Board

Within the selections board you wish to duplicate, click the info icon at the top of the board, then click Duplicate Board at the bottom of the Board Info panel.

Select the project to which this selections board should be duplicated, and add a board name.

From Selection Boards Overview

You can duplicate a selections board from a project-specific selection boards overview page, or from your All Selections page (accessible under the Search icon in the left navigation). To do so, click the three dots in the top right of the board thumbnail, then select Duplicate Board from the menu.

Select the project to which this selections board should be duplicated, and add a board name.
