How to Access Your Account Settings

To access your account settings, find the Settings gear icon in the left-hand navigation within Houzz Pro. Click on the relevant category to view and/or adjust a particular setting. Read more about the various settings available in each section below.

Company Information
In your Company Info section you can view and update general business information specific to Houzz Pro, including company address, logo, license number and bid limit.

Business Document Settings
In this section you can view and update details related to your business documents (estimates, proposals, invoices etc) such as shipping addresses, tax rates, custom invoice name, cost types (builders) and default tax settings (designers).

Workday Exception Settings
Here you can easily view and edit your exceptions to your company workdays, including public holidays and custom exceptions.

Communication Settings
In this section you can access your communication settings for Trackable Phone number and Direct Dial, if activated, and set auto-reply emails when you'll be out of office.

Subscription Settings
Here you can review and manage Houzz Pro subscription details, including ad and lead subscriptions, as well as download subscription invoices.

Account Billing Settings
Need to make changes to your Houzz Pro subscription payment method? Click Edit Payment Method on the Account Billing page and follow the prompts to update as needed.

Notification Settings
In your notification settings you can turn on and off email and mobile notifications by feature, and set the frequency that you receive them.

Integration Settings
Under this section you can view and connect your available integrations, including Clipper, calendar, Google Drive and Zapier.
