Refund Status

If you returned your order and have not received a refund confirmation please contact the Houzz Trade Team at 1-800-958-5212 or via email at tradessupport@houzz.com with the order number and return tracking information.

If you received a refund confirmation email, and 3-5 business days have passed, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance. To verify which card your refund was issued to, you can review your order details in the Your Orders section of your profile.
