Updating Order Information
If information on your order needs to be updated the order should be cancelled and replaced. This applies to updating a shipping address, billing address, payment method, credit card, promotional or coupon codes, etc...
If your order was placed within 30 minutes you can cancel and replace your order by accessing the “Your Houzz” section of your profile.
- Click on Your Orders
- Select “Cancel Order”
If you are unable to cancel please contact the Houzz Trade Team at 1-800-958-5212 or via email at tradessupport@houzz.com. Although there is no guarantee we can cancel the order or change your order information, we will do our best.
