Why Are Online Payments Disconnected on My Account?

If you notice that online payments have been disconnected in your account, your account may require additional verification to reconnect them.

To keep your online payments secure, you may be asked to provide more verification data in order to continue receiving online payments. This data is required by the US government’s CDD Rule, and your online payments will continue working once you provide the requested verification information.

You may receive a notice telling you to provide more data, including IRS documentation about your business and your business EIN or individual SSN. Due to IRS delays, this process may take longer than expected, but Houzz Pro Support is here to help you along the way. Please contact us with any questions you have throughout this process. 

To complete the verification, click on the Settings icon in your left menu, then select Online Payments.

Under your current account information, it will show that your account has been disconnected. Simply click Update Details to Reconnect and follow the on-screen instructions. Once completed, you’ll immediately continue receiving online payments.
