Watch the webinar below as Susan and Anastasia share major European interior design trends through the lens of their regions, the east and west coast. They also offer tips for maximizing a future visit to Maison et Objet!
Designing For Joy & Purpose
With 750 new brands, dozens of spectacular installations, and 30 conferences, there is plenty of ground to cover in just five days at the design event. We could not have picked more expert and engaging tour guides to take you on this design journey - one from the East Coast and one from the West.
Susan Wintersteen founded Savvy Interiors in 2002, and since then, has been transforming homes in the San Diego area into beautiful tailor-made spaces that reflect the personality and vision of their owners. She prioritizes the “why” behind each design decision to make spaces as functional as they are visually stunning. She also understands how good design is conducive to our well-being. Her non-profit organization Savvy Giving by Design designs and constructs special healing havens for children facing medical crises.
Anastasia Harrison is well-acquainted with design aesthetics across the pond, having lived in Europe for several years doing design work for Donna Karen, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Prada and more. In the United States, she combined her architectural and design background to focus on luxury residential and commercial design as the Director of Sustainability in NYC for Gensler, the global architectural, planning and design firm. Since 2012 she has been working with high-profile clients in the New Jersey region designing legacy properties through her firm, AHD&Co. Think historic preservations, large-scale estate renovations and new construction forever homes.
