Eric of Smook Design Group and I have been working together for over 15 years doing custom homes, condominium projects, and large interior remodeling projects. His designs are excellent from my perspective as a general contractor. He has a good sense of what trends are, and through his design development process, delivers designs that inspire my clients. Finding an architect or a design firm that fits your project can be one of the hardest parts of the process. Our project was an 11,000 sq. ft. office/flex-warehouse space for satellite manufacturing and sales. Without the Smook Design Group our project would have never come to a close. Their in depth knowledge of permits, regulations, and building codes allowed us to go toe-to-toe with the county and fire department to get waivers for our highly specialized space.
