Winter Haven Air Conditioning sent a tech out the same day and addressed my AC issues! The people who answered the phone were courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to route my issue. Their preventative maintenance program is a perfect, low-cost program that I have purchased, and was very impressed with the attention to detail and information provided. There was no "up-selling", and their website (www.winterhavenairconditioning.com) is extremely informative! I will be purchasing a new unit in July and Winter Haven Air Conditioning offers financing through SunTrust bank, which is extremely handy and easy to apply, etc! I have nothing but great things to say about this company and have already started telling all of my friends and family to use nobody else but Winter Haven Air Conditioning!

These guys did great once again! This was the 4th unit I bought from them. The guys work really hard and are very pleasant and very knowledgeable. They always come right out if I need anything too! The price was fair and I appreciate their work!
