Through the use of a specialized CAD program called Chief Architect, you will be able to see your project come to life!—viewing your design from a variety of 3-D aspects right on Alan’s computer. Changes and refinements are a snap!—made easily on the laptop. Our clients tell us this is a wonderful value-added feature and how thoroughly they enjoy seeing the modifications right on the spot, in realtime, as they are applied. Once the design has been finalized, the conceptual drawings or preliminary plans can be quickly turned into the working drawings required for acquiring pricing, permits, neighborhood approval, and construction. In addition, Alan is available for consultation on the bids you receive and to help answer any questions you might have, which may come up during construction.
