I would question the good reviews. I paid this company for a five year warranty that included two visits per year in Jan 2019. They have done one service and no showed on all appointments after that. Now they will not even return calls. Appears to be a scam.

Delmo was my Dryer Vent technician and he was wonderful. Super brave for getting on top of our three story roof to clean out the ducts. I have nothing but respect for this young man.
