10/25/17 - This business does not stand behind its products - i bought a $6250 custom wood pivot front door from them - its has warped, is falling apart, and unlockable withing less than 3 months of install - the company has not returned any voicemails or emails from us - the door was repairable when it first started having trouble - it is too far gone now & it has to be replaced - no response, nothing!! 10/30/17 - Jesse the NEW GM contacted me - he had not known about the severity of the situation from the prior GM - he has committed to me to resolve the situation and I am EXTREMELY appreciative of his response - they will be picking up the door tomorrow to bring back to the factory to resolve!!
