This is a great company. They were helpful in repairing and replacing my unit. I will recommend them to everyone in the Columbus area.

On time. Knowledgeable. Came back with an accurate estimate. Terry was polite and courteous the two times he was in my home. I also, had them service my furnace. The service person was polite and tried to save me money on the repair. One time I called American Air due to my air conditioner not putting out cool air. The person on the phone gave me a suggestion to try which saved me a service call. I will continue to use this company for my HVAC needs in my home.
