Never failed to return my calls. Provided complete, accurate invoices. Frequently on worksite to guide subcontractors, inspect work underway, and fix problems. Subcontractors liked and respected him. Followed up after project completion over a period of months to be certain all was well.

Dave Chance remodeled an older home for me and I was extremely pleased with the experience and the outcome. I found him to be very responsive, collaborative and dependable. He knows his craft and told me what I could and couldn't do, not just what I wanted to hear. The result was absolutely gorgeous - he paid great attention to details, like matching complex moulding, and the historical character was intact...just a little better. I would absolutely work with him again.
