Aronson's Floor Covering

Working with Carol and the team at Aronson’s has been a wonderful experience. Over the past decade I have had nothing but great service and creative partnerships.

I've worked with Aronson's on several projects. The most recent involved carpeting the stairs and hallways of a multi-family brownstone. - When they came to measure they proactively identified issues that would have caused delays if not mentioned in advance, e.g. noticing doors that didn't have enough clearance for the selected carpeting and padding. - They delivered the product a day before the installation so there would be no delays due to traffic. - During installation their team identified a loose stair that most other installers would have just covered up. They helped me make a video to show my contractor (attached here) and then continued to work around that stair so the timeline didn't get delayed.

We're interior designers working out of the New York Metropolitan area for the past 25+ years. We like to keep our vendors close to the chest but it's time to let one out. Aronson's is one of the best flooring companies in the city. It's not as well-known as some of the more out there suppliers but it is clearly one of the best

Now we use them on a majority of our projects because they have the best choices and give no headaches. Any floor is only as beautiful as the mechanic who installs it and their team of installers is simply amazing when it comes to paying attention to details and making sure something looks perfect.

I work in Chelsea and have often passed Aronson’s floor covering. I’ve browsed inside several times and found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When my girlfriend and I decided to redo our apartment in Park Slope I talked her into going into Manhattan and visiting with the folks in the showroom. They opened us up to new and great ideas. We were happy with their design suggestions, and the options they had to offer. We’ve never considered cork flooring but once we found the choice of custom stains they offer, easy maintenance, and that it’s a natural product and sustainable our decision was easy.
