I found this company when I was looking to replace a rug in my living room. I can't say enough good things about them. Their customer service is impeccable. Susan Brouwer helped me every step of the way from emailing pictures, explaining colors, and helping me with pad selections. I finally chose the Tibetan Trellis design which is made by the Innerasis company, a company that prides itself on the quality and durability of its rug. Since every rug is handmade, Susan explained that it would be three months before it would arrive. Then, to my delight, she found one available and I had it within weeks. The colors and geometric designs are stunning. It fits beautifully in my home and compliments my decor. I live in a 19th century row house. In winter the cold penetrates the Georgia pine floors. Because the rug is so thick I have actually noticed a difference in my heating bill. Thanks again to A Rug for All Reasons or should I say A Rug for All Seasons since it is beautiful no matter what the time of year.
