First of all, Martin (Marteen) the owner was an hour late for the estimate and didn't call to indicate he's running late. Secondly, he doesn't do the work himself or isn't onsite, he sends two guys to do the job. I notice that a certain corner of the sod is yellowing. Call Martin who states he will be by later that day to check on it. Didn't show up. I check it myself and finally see the reason behind the yellowing. There is an old sprinkler head that the sod was laid on top of. Instead of digging the item out and then laying the sod down, it was just place on top, so of course the sod isn't even touching the ground. I send a text to Martin and of course didn't get a reply.
