Shipping was slow and customer service non-responsive even with big ticket items. We are ok with the fact that there are internet 'giants' selling many of these same products online, and it doesn't bother us at all to be the underdog. We actually like staying small because we are able to keep in touch with our customers needs and offer one-on-one personal service.
