Royal Construction performed a complete "gut" of our 30-year old 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Everything from the paint in was redone--they installed hardwood flooring, carpeting, redesigned one of the bathrooms, retiled both bathrooms, redesigned our kitchen and put in new cabinets, quartz countertops, sink and a beautiful backsplash with under the cabinet lighting. They also added track lighting in the living room. Communication was easy and responsive. Along the way, we made some modifications and they were readily accommodated by Ben and Dominic, no problem.

I used Royal Construction back in August and they did a total remodel of 2 full bathrooms. This included new ceramic tiles, shower, vanities, sinks, toilets, painting, etc. They did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend them to others. Very professional, friendly and very tidy.

As a business consultant working exclusively with contractors over the last 30 years I know what makes a great contractor. Ben is a great contractor. He knows how to communicate with architects as well as the homeowners. He always delivers more than the homeowner expects and usually ends up becoming a good friend.
