Benson Builders is the Northwoods’ premier custom home builder. Since 1977 we have had the distinct privilege of building, remodeling and renovating some of the finest homes, lodges, and cottages in Northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Benson Builders specializes in the custom design and construction of one of kind conventionally framed timber and framed handcrafted full and half log Northwoods cottages, lodges and homes. Additionally, a large portion of our projects involve additions and period renovations to many of the cottages and lake homes that were built in the area throughout the 1900’s. We provide our customers with quality, personalized service during every phase of the building process – from our first contact until the last detail is complete.
