I had three bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash done. All of them have issues. In my opinion I would not choose Bob Gray tile. He was the most expensive of the bids and did not even come close to the quality you would expect. Worse part is that when things got difficult he just quit and didn't want to try and fix the issues. Now I'm stuck finding a new tile installer.

I notice there are no pictures of the showers and backsplash. Mr. Rivera also didn't mention the $4,733.75 that he didn't pay, or that this is a tract built house that doesn't have a square or flat wall in it. A look at the pictures showing the entire project would show the true story. I also agreed to fix a small area in one shower, but Mr Rivera wanted the entire shower replaced
