Our Unique Story Brought Us To You
We have over 18 years of experience in woodworking and we still love designing and creating custom and unique work. We started this little business on the side while running our California based Custom Cabinetry Shop. We started building fixtures for our own home when we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted and we fell in love with the character, color, texture and sustainability of rescued lumber. Friends and Family loved them and encouraged us to pursue creating quality unique home decor for others. We sold a few on-line right away. We had no idea so many people would love our lighting. Eventually we were in a position to go into the custom lighting and home décor industry full time. From hand selecting the perfect board to putting it all together it’s a joy to be designing and building beautiful pieces that we can offer across the United States.

Where does the wood come from?
Our lumber has been harvested from beetle-killed, fire killed, or dead standing trees, lumber cut from material which has weathered out of spec, and lumber used from various salvage projects. We take this discarded lumber that has been picked up from wherever it was and we bring it into our Spokane workshop and transform each piece into a beautiful and functional new piece for your home. Each piece that leaves our shop is rescued and repurposed.
