Brad and his group were amazing from start to finish. They were the contractors our designers hired when we remodeled our kitchen and they did an amazing job, so when it was time to remodel our master bathroom they were the first ones we called. The bid for the complete renovation including the moving of plumbing because we relocated the shower and sinks was very reasonable. The work was completed on time and looks beautiful. Brad and his crew did an excellent job keeping us informed of progress and making sure that we were happy with how things looked. They kept all the construction dust and debris to a minimum and would clean up before they left each day. We completely trusted them to work in our home while we were out of town. Brad made sure that every detail was taken care of before they left the job. The result is a beautiful master bathroom!

We found Brad through Houzz and we're happy with him from start to finish. We completely remodeled our upstairs bathroom. He and his crew were always very responsive. They did great work and if I ever had questions they talked me through it. Each day, they did a great job containing the mess and cleaning up after themselves, which was important to me because I work from home. If we have another project in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to hire St. Louis Remodeling.

St. Louis Remodeling & Construction did a great job in our home!! A member of his crew actually met us at Home Depot to select materials to get a more accurate bid on the job!! This was all done before we even signed a contract. They not only met the 6 week deadline but they also provided follow to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The owner Brad holds his crew to high standards and walks things done correctly. Very easy to work with and very responsive. I would recommend this company that wants quality work and an affordable price!!

Small Bathroom remodel. After contractor showed their finished product, we noticed caulking to be redone, paint missing, nail heads popping from ceiling, knocked hole from bathroom through to the bedroom wall, toilet not seated and moving, damaged vanity cabinet which we then had to pay to replace, funds used to buy soda for their workers, funds unaccounted, lights not working on the new lighting fixtures, and the linen closet door removed but not replaced. It took 6 additional visits and the additional work to fix their errors was not completed for 7 months ( Aug 2015-March 2016). There are still some small issues but have given up on this contractor. The owner's repeated excuse was that it was due to workers leaving his employment. I highly recommend that you avoid this contractor.

All issues that were brought to our attention were addressed and taken care of. We refunded monies that were asked to be credited, and even went so far as to refund monies that were to be allocated towards the dog kennel. All materials were returned as the customer requested. The employee who was in charge of this bathroom remodel did not reveal that there were any unresolved or unfinished issues in this bathroom remodel. We were only made aware by the customer that there were any issues months after the afore mentioned employee was no longer with our firm. When we were made aware we promptly moved to address the issues by meeting with the customer. There was not an additional 6 visits, there was three, one to meet with the customer to resolve the issues, and two separate visits to resolve the issues. Some of the materials that were onsite and needed to resolve some of the issues were not onsite when we arrived the second visit, we were not aware they were not there and had no choice but to come back when we had the materials we needed to finish. We were only made aware of any issues several months after the bathroom had been done, so the 7 month timeline is not accurate. We were never made aware of any issues with the vanity, and one worker bought one soda not realizing that the Home Depot put it on her charge. Again, all monies were refunded in full, including materials and kennel visits for her dogs.

We did lose some employees, and as a result could not take on another project with this customer that was carpentry related. As a result we contacted this customer and recommended she move forward with another contractor out of respect for her timeline. Unfortunately, this is simply an attempt to discredit our firm, when we have done everything we could have done to make this customer happy when under the circumstances there was simply nothing more we could have done. We have an impeccable record that speaks for itself and again, this is an attempt to dismantle that reputation by someone who obviously has no regard for our efforts. Again, we refunded monies to this customer for her dog kennel visits, and she still was not happy with our resolve to make her happy.

St. Louis Remodeling has done two ptlrojects at my home and I would definitely recommend them for others. Brad and his crew are knowledgeable, and professional. They do excellent work in a timely manor fir a fair price.

We had St. Louis Remodeling and Construction completely renovate our master bath. It was "gutted" down to the studs. Bottom line: we are enjoying our shower and our new bathroom immensely! They did a nice job with everything. The Onyx was a great decision for the shower, sink and counter top and window ledge. We really like the way it looks, and it's so easy to keep clean. We are also really happy with the decision to remove the soffit - that really opened up the shower area and the entire room. It feels more spacious with that gone. We were extremely pleased with the whole work process, especially the crew being flexible with the changes that occurred along the way: Specifically working it out to keep the original door "jamb" and door, and being able to keep the tile floor. Speaking of the floor, I really like how the basin of the shower floor butts up nicely to the tile floor. That's good workmanship! We've also heard good comments from friends and family who saw the old bathroom and now have seen the new. It's a completely different bathroom now.

We had our kitchen remodeled and the employees were very knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, hard working and communicated various aspects of the construction and process. They were all very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely use them for our next project!

This company completed two bathroom renovations and did an excellent job. Workers arrived on time, quality was quite good and their prices were competitive. I recommend this company to anyone considering home improvements.

After looking into several contractors my wife and I settled on Brad Cornwell of St. Louis Remodeling and Construction to help us remodel our kitchen. Beginning with the overall design and material choices all the way through the demo and construction we could not have been any more thrilled with our decision to work with St. Louis Remodeling and Construction. As the project progressed my wife and I made a few design changes and it was refreshing to work with someone like Brad who encouraged our input throughout the process. I would recommend this firm to friends or family for their next renovation project.
