Brandon and I worked together on a contemporary home in the Tetherow golf community in Bend, Oregon. His modern design and the use of natural materials seamlessly transitions the indoor and outdoor living spaces to enhance the Bend lifestyle. The floor plan has an open flow for indoor/outdoor entertaining and also accommodates the owners need for family space. Brandon is a great guy to work with. Working with Brandon Olin building a modern custom home has been an entirely enjoyable experience. He is involved in the process from the beginning conceptual architectural plans, to the end of the completed house. He is the liaison between the builder, their sub-contractors and the material providers and is in constant dialogue with each to assure that the project is done exactly as planned. All of the other parties clearly enjoy working with him, and have said so directly to me. He is easy to talk to, a great listener and collaborator and allows for a creative flow within the project with all parties. We worked with Brandon on an extensive house remodel. The house was an awkward build from the early 90's and did not take advantage of its riverside location. We were 8,000 miles away from the project initially, so good communication was essential. Brandon got our design aesthetic right away. He made our unconventional ideas work in the house and improved upon them! Brandon was also very hands on with material suggestions and communications with the contractor. We love our "new" house; It turned out better than we imagined with his help. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him!

Brandon Olin did a fantastic job on our addition. He took our ideas of what we had hoped for our garage with master suite above and turned them into something functional and beautiful. His knowledge of everything down to great material choices was good for us. He was great to work with and very humble which was nice, he didn't try to intimidate us like some construction professionals can at times. We would highly recommend him and hope to use his services again soon.

We hired Brandon Olin to help us correct several layout issues with a 1920s Craftsman-style home, including a kitchen remodel and adding a second-floor master suite with bathroom and dormer. He was respectful of our need to phase the project to fit with our budget and our desire to remain faithful to the style of the house. He was very patient as we explored different ideas and provided input into what design choices would create the most value. Brandon is very organized, detail-oriented, keeps the project moving, and brings a lot of creativity and experience to the process.
