Terry, of B & R, was patient and took lots of time to educate us about appropriate flooring to use in our recently purchased condo. He had studied the photos from the measuring and researched various materials in order to accommodated our needs ( and desires). The price he quoted stayed within our budget and allowed for good quality products. The crews who did the installs were skilled, respectful and hard working. They took pains to correct pre-existing water issues, going above and beyond the basic installation. Great guys.
