They designed my pool from start to finish. They did an amazing job. Everyone who works at the company is so friendly helpful and attentive. Of something needs to be fixed or I need guidance on operating the pool they get back to me righ away. I can't say enough positive things about them.

We used Lowcountry Custom Pool and Spa to install a large, elevated pool as part of our exterior addition and renovation project. Spacious new decking and an amazing pool were added to a beautiful beachfront home for the homeowners' enjoyment. We contracted to have a pool, decking and electrical upgrade done at our home by Lowcountry Custom Pool and Spa and I have to say despite weather set backs it was one of the most seamless construction projects I have ever dealt with. All the employees were and continue to be very courteous and helpful when working with us as we have questions about the different systems. Their maintenance personal are great by being timely and very thorough each week as they service our pool and clean our deck area. I highly recommend them to all my family, friends and business acquaintances' in the Charleston Area. We talked to Bruce at Lowcountry Pool and Spa last summer about pavers for our driveway and parking area. He promptly got us an estimate and then followed up. We talked to a couple of other companies but did not have the same feeling of professionalism. So, we did nothing for several months and when we contacted them again, we found they had our information on file and were as professional as ever. We hired them and they did exactly what they promised when they said they would. We are very pleased and would use them again.

Lowcountry installed my elevated pool deck including the pool, a spa, a kitchen and a wood burning fir pit plus the surrounding stone pavers. The entire area is 2100 square feet. In addition they installed a cascading water fall and elegant paver driveway in the front of my home .
