Fusion Electric

My home was recently flooded too as other reviews mentioned. This is a difficult and challenging time for many in the area. I too read the reviews and Brian with Fusion Electric was highly recommended by someone I trust. The positives: an electrician came quickly to look over our home. Cory was very nice and very professional. Fusion offered electricians to start working the next day which was immensely appreciated and reassuring. I just needed a quote to confirm work. The negatives: It went down hill rapidly over the next 18 hours. The original scope of work was to replace the Federal Pacific panel and outlets that were under water in the flood. This quickly spiraled into "oh, you have to rewire your whole home". This is not a minor issue nor a minor expense and completely unexpected. Fusion Electric does not control Code requirements and any Code requirement has to be met but they do control how they treat people. I asked for clarity on the work required by Code as well as possible solutions that could be more economical but still comply. This is fair in my opinion when I have to figure out how to pay for $15-$20K that was not anticipated or budgeted but possibly now required due to the flood renovations. Bryan hung up on me while I was asking these questions. I replied back with a text "please can we talk, I just need help during this very difficult time." He replied back that he would call which was greatly appreciated. He quickly followed up with "I'm sorry, we are not interested in wasting our time dealing with you or your project, we have plenty of clients that need actual work done." I run a business myself and I would never speak to a person much less a possible client this way. I will be spending $8-$20K with an electrician in the next 72 hours and grateful I learned Fusion Electric and in particular Bryan's true colors before I trusted them with my home. Past reviews sound like they are excellent at smaller jobs but in my experience not suited for larger jobs where the client has questions.

Bryan and crew just finished a three day job at my lake house. They added new electrical service and wired a new barn. They showed up on time, were courteous and finished on time. I couldn't ask for better service!
