This company is the epitome of professionalism! They did EVERYTHING they promised! First of all, they’re the real deal – they dealt with my insurance company completely with regards to my claim and reimbursement and they had no problem providing proof of insurance and workers comp. First day of tear down the whole crew showed up exactly when promised and worked into the night to get the whole job done in 2 days as promised…which they did! Did I mention the garage roof was also done in that time?! They left our property in the same condition they found it, completely cleaning up everything afterwards and being careful in general. I can’t recommend this company any more if they were paying me to be a spokesperson! I’m so grateful none of the other people/companies I contacted over the past several months worked out so that I could find Buffalo Roofing…still pinching myself that the entire job is really done after just 2 days!!!

After some tree damage, Buffalo Roofing was a one stop shop to repair the roof, gutters, siding and drywall. No need to call around, they handled it all quickly, efficiently and worked with our insurance company to cover any additional $ needed to make sure the job was done right and up to code. A++

Buffalo Roofing to the rescue! About 5 years ago, I hired buffalo roofing to do a full tear off roof for me. From the first contact they were professional, easy to work with, and their work was amazing. The new roof and gutters along with their corresponding warranty were key to me selling that house. Recently I moved into a new house, and a wind storm damaged the roof. To be honest, I feared the worst that I would need a new roof or the repairs to be costly. Without hesitation I knew the right company for the job and called Buffalo Roofing. They came out and did a full inspection. Then came the news.......the roof was in good shape, and they only had to make very minor repairs for a very reasonable price! I will forever trust Buffalo roofing with all of needs.

First of all, I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did on my house from start to finish! I called them after the February storm did major wind damage to my roof. They came out and tarped my roof to protect it from having any water damage getting into the rest of the house. Then Mitch Riviera (a former insurance claims adjuster) assisted me through the entire process and met with my insurance companies adjuster to submit the insurance claim. He also oversaw the installing of the new roof. The roofing crew was excellent, they really paid attention to detail from the installation of the roof to the clean up. When they finished you would have never known they were there, except I have a nice new roof. I can't recommend them enough!!!! Great job start to finish!!!

Buffalo Roofing Company was excellent to deal with and I am very happy with my new roof. Mitch showed up the same day to give me an estimate and patch the damaged section. Mitch walked me through the whole process and it was easy. Instead of patching an old roof I have a brand new one that insurance covered! Seamless from start to finish! Mitch Riviera (a former insurance claims adjuster himself) navigated us through the entire process of getting a new roof via insurance claim (we had wind damage from the most recent storm). He also oversaw the awesome job installing the new roof. Add out of pocket costs of only a few hundred bucks for a brand new roof = Customer Delight!

If your anywhere in the western New York region this is the roofing company to go with! The owner came out and gave me a great price, worked with my schedule for when to have his crew come out, and finished the job in 1 day with great quality work... He even gave me a discount for being in law enforcement!!!! The workers were friendly and kept us informed of what they were doing.
