Builderz Warehouse

We ordered three pendant lights from Builderz Warehouse back when we fist moved into our house two and a half months ago. At first the initial order was sent, but either due to poor packaging or handling, the glass from one of the lights was smashed in transit. We immediately called Builderz Warehouse to request an new piece of glass so we could hang the lights, and to this day (2.5 months later) they still have not rectified the issue. My wife and I have called and emailed probably 60 times. 90% of the time they don’t answer the phone, and when they do, they promise to get back to us with the solution, but are unresponsive. Terrible customer service, and I would highly recommend that you do not purchase anything from this company. If there is any problem, you are on your own to burden the cost of defective products.

Wow this place is Amazing what a great find!!! It's new business that buys container of building product from overseas and sells them direct at really great prices. Very cool products for less than half the price of what I was paying at the big box stores. I just wish they were open on the weekends
