Colby & Tobiason is an award-winning builder located in Woodstock, Vermont, USA. We have been constructing fine homes, renovating older homes and restoring historic homes since 1973. Clients often include us in the initial design discussions as we can add great value to the project with ideas on home efficiency, living conveniences and construction details. While we are based in the Upper Valley area we are willing to review and discuss construction projects beyond the Woodstock area.
