Also offering bespoke Made To Measure Curtains & Roman Blinds.Shades Interiors is a small Interior Design Agency based in Cannock where customer care is a top priority . Carole was very helpful while I was trying the find the perfect fabric for our three piece suit. Ordering larger samples to see the suitability definitely made the decision much easier. She then ordered my fabric and the delivery was very quick. Great service.

Carole from Shades Interiors was an absolute joy to deal with. She was so helpful with choosing the material for several pairs of curtains and really keen to ensure I was happy with the choices. She was then meticulous in ordering and following through that all had been delivered correctly. As I said an absolute pleasure to order from her. And she gives great discounts! Highly recommend.

I am so glad I found Shades: I received genuinely exceptional service throughout. I was helped to find the perfect fabric for my sofa through incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and generous service (eg advised re types of fabric and sent samples so I could choose carefully). I received end to end service through to oversight of delivery of the fabric to my door. Shades also give a better deal than any other supplier I checked out on the internet. Every question received comprehensive and helpful answers, often on the same day. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to take the time because Shades is so unusual and so excellent in every respect.

I cannot speak more highly of the service that Shades Interiors offer. The patience and help I experienced were first class and Carole went the extra mile to ensure I found what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble, phone calls & emails were always promptly returned and the after sales attention was excellent. I have not found another company that offers this level of service so strongly recommend using this lovely company!

Brilliant company to deal with. Carole has an excellent knowledge of her products, offers very competitive prices has gone the extra mile for me. She is so helpful and offers a personal service that often large companies fail to achieve. I will definitely be using her in the future.

I like to give my custom to independent businesses where-ever possible and as my local independant shops were unable to supply the fabric I was looking for, I did a google search for suppliers. I came across Shades Interiors by chance and so glad I found this store. I sent an email enquiry Sunday 2nd January, not expecting a reply until x days later. To my surprise Carole replied the following day even though it was the bank holiday. She gave a competitive price and I placed an order on Sunday 8th January which arrived on the Wednesday. Carole was also sent samples of plain fabrics which arrived within days. Great communication from Carole who clearly comes across as caring about her customers and passionate about giving great service. I phoned he due to a mix up, on my part, with my order which Carole rectified immediately for me and I came away from our chat feeling like I'd just spoken to a friend. I will not hesitate to order from Shades Interiors again and thoroughly recommend to any-one seeking the personal touch and a great pricing.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Shades Interiors. The owner, Carole, is a great communicator, always on hand to offer expert advice, and, if our experience is anything to go by, more than willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She also has a excellent reputation among the major fabric suppliers and it's not hard to see why.
