We have been calling on Ian for years now to do the carpet stretch after a hard flooring installation job. Ian always makes direct contact with the client to arrange suitable days and times as soon as he has the information from me . Where there has been urgent jobs squeezed in he has always done his best to accommodate which is greatly appreciated on our end! I have always found Ian easy to work with and his workmanship is impeccable.
