We Emphasize the Human Factor With 12 years of tile and construction experience, owner Ana Menendez realized a human factor was missing in other tile showrooms and throughout the industry. Her goal is not to just sell tile but to fit the right design, the right budget, and provide the support needed to complete the job. She wants her clients to look back at the finished product, live in it and say “I love what I did” and “I am so happy with my choices”. Ana has built a reputation of caring for her customers needs. Hence Casa Blanca’s motto of “We’ll take care of you”. Recommendations: Bring a floor plan or drawing of the project layout so we can best select what will flow best in that environment. A wood sample of your kitchen cabinet or bathroom vanity as well as style would also be helpful, the style and color palette will influence the direction of tiles selected. Picking out tiles can be very stressful because there are so many choices. Ana is AMAZING at navigating you through all of the options and picking out exactly what you want. She also will offer alternatives for similar products at more cost effective prices when available. Would go back if I do another project!

Casa Blanca Tile & Stone and owner, Ana, are amazing. The store has a terrific collection of tile and countertops at all price points. Ana is tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. She never pressures you, but is available to answer any question and was happy to accommodate budgeting guidelines. She is very honest in answering any questions about durability of counter materials. I am not a person who enjoys the re-decorating process, but Ana made it very painless. It was a pleasure to deal with Casa Blanca Tile & Stone. Ana Menendez, the proprietor, is a consummate professional. She has a great eye for design and color, which was very helpful in putting together the various tile selections for each of the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, in order to achieve a beautiful result. She worked within my budget, and had a broad product knowledge. In addition, she truly knows the meaning of the phrase "customer service". Ms. Menendez made sure everything was delivered in good order, and on schedule. On the few occasions where follow-up or corrections were needed, she was an ardent advocate on my behalf to make sure the fabricators and tile suppliers provided the necessary remediation. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Menendez and Casa Blanca Tile to anyone who needs tile and stone for their home.

We bought tiles, countertops and vanity for our bathroom from Ana at Casa Blanca. The store has great choices and Ana helped us to get the design that we want. She's just amazing to work with. We are on a tight timeline, and she managed to get everything in time. There was a problem with one of the materials, and she went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. We are planning to work on the other bathroom, and hopefully the kitchen, and we would definitely go to Ana again when we are ready to tackle those projects. Thank you so much!!

My first stop for my apartment bathroom renovation was Casa Blanca Tile & Stone. After being there a few minutes, I realized that I did not need to go anywhere else. If you can't find what you want there, it probably doesn't exist. The showroom is filled with every imaginable type, style and color of tile (other items too). The actual showroom floor and walls are tiled in various styles, color schemes and formats, so that you can get an idea of what might work in your space. Ana Menendez (owner) is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, delightful, has a great eye for design and color, and her most admirable attribute is her ability to listen to the customer. I told her I wanted gray and a simple, clean look, and she immediately pulled out tiles for the floor, shower floor and shower walls that were perfect. She then helped me select my vanity, counter top and sink, and even gave me her thoughts on paint colors. She kept on top of the suppliers, to make sure everything was in before the work started. She was always available if I had questions or concerns, and always with a friendly hello and a smile. I highly recommend Casa Blanca Tile & Stone to anyone looking for quality products at a reasonable cost, as well as EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

We just did a complete bathroom renovation and got advice / sourced all the tiles from Casa Blanca Tile & Stone. The suggestions that the staff made were very helpful and on target, the prices were reasonable, and all of the items were delivered as promised and in a timely fashion. When we needed to make a slight change during the renovation that required ordering some additional pieces, the request was expedited so as not delay the construction timeline. And finally when another mid-project change left us with more extra tile than anticipated, Casa Blanca handled the return in a fair and professional manner. We would strongly recommend using Casa Blanca to others.
