First rate company that did an excellent job painting our house. The employees were curtious and professional. The company was flexable in rescheduling the start date in order to deconflict with other construction projects. Highly recommended.

It took 3 weeks to "finish" my 1 week exterior paint job. They power washed the house the first day, then started painting. NO PREP WORK AT ALL. There were places where the old paint was chipping and they just painted over it. You could scrape the paint off with your fingernail the day after they "finished" the job. Cracks in the wood that needed to be sealed. I had to go out daily and tell them what to do. It's like they had no idea how to paint a house. They kept sending the same guy back to "fix" the stuff he messed up in the first place. I'll have to finish the job myself after this $8K mess. They said they could paint the decorative lamps outside the house, but wanted more money to do that after they started and said it was more complex than he expected. Then abandoned the attempt and left me with lights that were masked/taped off to paint when I told him we had an agreed upon price. The guy went to the store to get supplies and never came back. The owner of the company did come out and apologize for the crappy work done and promised to make it right. He then sent out the same guys that couldn't do it right the first time. After numerous tries at calling them back out, I finally gave up. Now I need someone to paint the interior of my house - and it won't be these guys. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

I had my roof tiles pressure washed and applied UV protection, waited for a week for curing, after which I made a discovery that dozen roof tiles was severely damaged without the painters notifying me the damaged they did, and I have to fixed it myself. It’s a shame that the paint job was done very well, but not directly addressing any serious issue to homeowners or client are unacceptable. The Supervisor should made final walkthrough and assessment with the homeowners when the job is completed and address any issue, instead of homeowners or client discovering the ruins. Reasonable service prices and quality materials, should not be the only focus for service repair , “Attention to Details and Honesty” , should be TOP PRIORITY not to be neglected at any given time.

The Certapro team is top notch in quality, price and customer service! We were so happy with the job they did painting the exterior of our home this summer, we brought them back to do the entirety of the interior! The painters are polite, comprehensive, and very very neat! The job couldn't have been more perfect! Top notch! Highly recommend them!!!!

I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Carlsbad. The quality of the work was superb and Arturo did a great job! This was a relatively large residential job and Arturo managed different aspects of the work to best accommodate other work being done on the home. He was hard working and came in on the weekend and after hours to ensure that the job completed on time. He was also extremely helpful in making suggestions that improved the final outcome. Michael was very responsive and helpful in getting the work scoped and contracted. I would use them again!

Arturo's crew from CertaPro Painters of Carlsbad painted the interior of the house. A large part of that job was aiming to improve the look of my old kitchen cabinets and drawers. I could not have imagined as fine of a result as the one they gave me. They had an efficient manner and professional style. They worked consistently and diligently for 6 days on the project.

We had the exterior of our house painted and our experience with CentraPro Painters Carlsbad was excellent from start to finish. Josh was prompt and accurate with his quote and there weren't any surprises during or after the job. The crew of Arturo, Ricardo, and Martin was professional and did an outstanding job. They were always polite and courteous and left our yard at the end of the day neat and tidy. In fact, after they had almost completed the paint job, we didn't care for the color we had chosen and, without missing a beat, Arturo helped us to re-define the color to bring it into line of what we expected. Then the crew re-prepped the house and did a total re-paint. The color mistake was ours, and we expected to pay for the repaint, but the crew was outstanding in making the process as painless as possible. The final paint job is exactly the color we anticipated.
