A RARE FIND Dan Heath is a rare find. Last summer we purchased a condo townhouse that was in desperate need for updates. He immediately impressed us with his vision of how things could be improved, his extensive knowledge of all aspects of home design, and his enthusiasm for his work. We contracted Dan to do several upgrades. Dan surpassed our expectations for every part of the job. He worked efficiently, addressing the inevitable obstacles and collaborating with us to ensure the project outcome would match what we had in mind. We went with many of his suggestions for design ideas and materials. Dan always arrived on time, respecting us and our neighbours by keeping the worksite clean and tidy as he went along. Dan and his team at Heath Renovations completely transformed our home with a custom kitchen and main bathroom remodel. The work was completed on-time and cost exactly as expected. A “no surprise renovation" was a wonderful surprise. Dan’s collaborative, no-pressure approach facilitated an incremental design and decision process which allowed us to be comfortable each step of the way. The team was open and accommodating to all ideas, including the installation of a kitchen cabinet subwoofer, which made the journey fun and interactive. Remarkably, our family was able to occupy the house throughout the work. Electricity and water interruptions were isolated so our young family was never inconvenienced. At the end of each workday, the worksite was accessible, clean and safe. Dan and his team have done various renovations in my home including relocating a basement bathroom and laundry room, as well as a major kitchen and main floor remodel. They have always done great work, on time, and at a fair price. Dan and his team were fantastic!!!! I had my basement completely re-finished including the addition of a new washroom. Everything went seamless. Dan and team were there when they said they would be there and worked consistently until the project was completed. If there was any decision making to be done they always consulted with me. Dan also guided me and helped me in picking out the new vanity, shower fixtures, etc. He was very knowledgeable which made my life easier. I felt comfortable the entire time. The pricing was more than fair and I felt I got real value for my dollar; so much so, that I decided to do re-do my second floor washroom as well. If I ever need anything again, I will definitely call Dan again!!!

After having negative experiences with other contractors, Heath Renovations was recommended to me by a co-worker who was aware of my previous experience. Dan Heath certainly did not disappoint and I was impressed with his level of professionalism, his attention to detail, the quality of his workmanship BUT most especially his honesty. Three skylights were replaced in my home but they were located at a very ackward location which made it extremely difficult to properly finish off the trimmings on the inside. Dan went "above and beyond" the call and tried every possible means available until the trimmings were beautifully completed to my total satisfaction. What should have been a quick job became very time-consuming yet he was most accommodating and courteous and would not give up until the job was professionally done. What a pleasant surprise it was the next day when Dan "hand delivered" a refund cheque that I was not expecting due to an adjustment to the original invoice. Thank for Dan for restoring my faith in contractors.

Dan Heath has provided services for me for a number of years. He has removed a wall, installed stairs, painted, hung light fixtures and provided general maintenance and plumbing. He is always prompt, professional and takes the time to explain what he is doing. He is a able to answer any question on your renovations and provide all the alternatives so you can make a knowledgable and informed decision. What I like best about Dan is that no job too small. He pays the same attention to detail for each and every one.
