Chad Puckett is a dream to work with. He has an incredible talent for design and architecture and as an Interior Designer, we work seamlessly together. He has great vision, passion and realistic ideas to take a dream into a reality. I cannot recommend Chad and his team enough for any project you may have.

Chad had a very difficult job in designing a house for my husband and I. My husband is a senior construction manager and therefore very knowledgeable in the construction field. He and Chad could "talk shop" very easily. I on the other hand don't know the first thing about building, design or construction. I also am not good at visualizing things that don't exist nor am I really even good at verbalizing what I like. So needless to say, Chad had his work cut out for him working with a couple with such diverse knowledge. Along with our knowledge differences, my husband and I also have very different tastes, mine more vintage and victorian and his more contemporary Chad did a great job of essentially explaining every part of the process in two different languages to two very different people (my husband and I) at a level that was appropriate for both/each of us. To help understand my taste and preferences (since I can't verbalize or explain well) he had me create a board on houzz and other social media sites so he could see what I liked. Using this and taking into my husbands taste and preference, he created our dream home. A house we both love. In addition to this, Chad has just been wonderful to work with in every way. He is talented yet humble, and incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend Chad and fold and form to anyone looking for an architect/builder

I worked with Fold + Form to build a new home in a historic part of Cincinnati. Working with Chad was extremely fluid as he helped guide the process and choices to ensure we were building the house we wanted while staying within the historic guidelines and keeping us on budget. He has a very clean aesthetic but easily takes feedback and input from the clients. After the first round of sketches we reached a house that we were excited to build and captured the original intent. I would easily recommend working with Fold + Form since the practice is based on honest communication, transparency in costs and trying to make the process as painless as possible.

We worked with Chad on the complete redesign and renovation of our historic 19th century Italianate brick row house. He helped us imagine a heavenly master suite on the third floor, including integrated open plan spa bathing, skylights, wall of glass door/windows, walk out deck addition with city views & custom handrail & aluminum details. Other notable features of the home that Chad designed include open kitchen with steel beam and industrial materials, pop-up pantry & powder room on first floor and new spacious guest bath & laundry room. The renovation included the planning & execution of all new systems- HVAC, electric & plumbing. Chad helped us think big as well as manage the oversight of the smallest details. We were thrilled with the result and loved working with Chad throughout the entire process.

We chose Chad Puckett after having interviewed over 14 other builders and architects for the design of our first home. He has done a fantastic job in terms of optimizing space and functionality. His design aesthetic is very modern offering a refreshing new approach not commonly found in this area. Since this is our first experience in home building, we have most appreciated the clarity and transparency in which he presents his cost information so we don't feel overwhelmed or out of control. Chad Puckett designed our beautiful modern home three years ago. We had had a difficult experience with a previous architect and were stressed and anxious about starting with someone new. He not only put us at ease with his friendly and compassionate demeanor but he wowed us with his response to our vision. He put together a house plan that managed to incorporate all of the most important features we were looking for--and within our budget. He was easy to work with and was flexible and gracious with our needs. We highly recommend him--and are in love with our home.
