CLASSIC INTERIORS

I had a couch recovered a couple of years ago and am only moderately satisfied with the work. I had (expensive) feather cushions made as well and they are STILL shedding-poking out of the not-well-enough wrapped innards. As the couch is a deep eggplant color, it always looks like it has dandruff-small whitish feather ends sticking out (which are uncomfortable on a bare leg.) The pillows are just a tiny bit too long as well and so tight they have to be forced to sit at the same level. No one ever called or checked in afterwards and I kept expecting the feather shedding to ease -like a rug that sheds briefly when new-but I am still fighting that, mostly by covering the couch with a throw, which is obviously not ideal. After trying to vacuum the interiors of the cushions yet again, I may wrap them myself with an old cotton sheet or pillowcase. There aren't many options around here (Saratoga area) but I wouldn't rush back.

Rene was so helpful replaced the foam,l and I was treated with the same courtesy and concern I would have expected if I were having my whole sofa reupholstered. Over the past year we have had several projects done by Classic Interiors. These included ten chairs reupholstered and a dozen coordinating decorative accent pillows. The chairs ranged from dining room side chairs, traditional and contemporary living room chairs and even antique wingback chairs for the bedrooms. We were assisted in these projects by Lauren Nick. We relied heavily on her for guidance. We appreciated her professional opinion and judgment and found she has exquisite taste in decorating. We trusted her to select the best fabrics for us considering location, use and coordination with existing décor. Much of the work was performed by Kevin McCauliffe, who was personally hands on at all stages of the projects. The work was reasonably priced and completed and delivered on schedule. We will certainly use them again in future projects and look forward to it. We recommend them highly to our friends.

Teri provided professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service the several times we used Classic Interiors for window treatments. Dick is an excellent installer. We also used Classic Interiors to reupholster a chair that has been in our family for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend Classic Interiors.

Theses folks are many things including: professional; excellent crafts people; talented designers; great at sticking to the schedules they set; and wonderful communicators. My husband and I usually take years to reach consensus. With Classic Interiors the entire job was completed in three months and we are delighted with the results. The design and reupholstering work was fabulous.
