Clive is highly creative and provides high quality work with excellent work ethic. He is perhaps the most knowledgeable Architect with whom I've ever had the pleasure to work. He even educates the municipal agencies and plan checkers in the most respectable manner. Great Architect.

Clive is the best architect that I have worked with. I have known Clive for over 6 years and our last project was in Beverly Hills . This was an $8Musd single family residence in the flats of 90210. We spent $2Musd in the remodel process and completed in under 9 months. Clive is the best in his field and represents the zenith of professionalism and quite reasonable pricing.

When my wife and I decided to renovate our house in Los Angeles, we went through three architects before we met Clive. That was in 2013 when we were introduce to him by our neighbor friend. The first three architects were either outrageous or oblivious to our needs and requirements. During the initial meeting with Clive, it became clear that he had understood our desires for a new house plan. When he presented the first draft, we were extremely delighted to see not only it had included all our requirements, it had been developed into a plan which was above and beyond our expectation. He was very consistent and insistent to proceed and finish the project. He made sure we followed all the legal codes and had a credible land survey and a competent structural engineering review. As a result, when the plan was submitted to the LA County for architectural approval, it needed only minor alterations. I was fortunate to meet Zeneida who was directly involved with the plan and visited our house on a few occasions spending several hours for meticulous measurements and survey of the house before drafting the plan. She was also kind enough to ensure the plan was processed and approved by the county architectural office. Also, I met Erin who is an imaginative internal decorator in Clive’s firm. In all, I highly recommend Clive Dawson, AIA for their architectural services. I feel, we were fortunate to meet Clive.

Clive & Erin are wonderful to work with. They have taken us from the beginning of the permitting & designing process to where we are months away from approval. I can't imaging proceeding without them. They are fantastic!

Clive is helping me with a very difficult project in Malibu, He is very knowledgeable of the city's rules & regulations; and I believe that because of him and his group, the house will be much better and larger than I could have expected.

Clive is extremely detailed in his work, one of the most knowledge architects in his field! Also, on a personal note; very good person and has become a very trusted friend.
