Concepts The Cabinet Shop

We hired Concepts for our new build and we are so happy with the overall experience and the final product! We had them build cabinets for our kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room. We also got our countertops, hardware, sink and vanity tops through them as well. Lorraine was our designer, she was great to work with. She answered every question we had, was very patient with us (and our indecisiveness) and she did everything in a timely manner. Lorraine and the office staff were so nice and friendly. We really felt like concepts went above and beyond for us, we will use them again in the future!

Our builder recommended this company and I am sorry they did .....we ordered granite counter tops and when they put them in there was a big spot right by the sink and it looked like someone spilled coffee on it , it looks terrible, their only response was what do you want me to do about it? Really, while I know we signed off on the slab we had no idea of how they were going to cut the granite. Just not very happy with this company at all......would not recommend it to others......we spent over $17000 dollars with this company and I think they should have worked with us a little more.

Concepts Cabinets provides a quality product at a competitive price point. They also stand behind their product. Give them an opportunty.

I purchased custom Amish made Cherry cabinets for the kitchen and Kraft Maid cabinets for the remainder of my new home. Lorraine was extremely helpful with cabinet selection and design, she definitely knows her stuff. Concepts will be the company I will continue to use for all of my cabinet and countertop needs in the future.

This business employs professional people who are very knowledgable of their skill and are excellent at developing plans that utilize every bit of space. The products are of very high quality. Price is average but then again if you buy cheap you get cheap. They stand behind their products that are custom built if need be, so there is nothing cheap here. Keep up the great work!!!
