It has been 4 months for a 305 sq. ft. bathroom remodel due to the incompetency of this so called contractor. Our Family has NOT been able to use our bathroom or bedroom since October 2020 due to Jay's lies, endless excuses, poor sub contractors, poor communication response, his inability to lay tile, three week vacation Jay took to Brazil in the middle of the job (gave us two days notice of his trip), blaming everyone else, poor workmanship and cannot even keep to his OWN schedule or commitments to finish the job, After 4 months he is barely 1/2 way done. Moreover he cannot produce his contractor license, insurance or bonding information and still has not after numerous requests. PLEASE FIND ANY OTHER CONTRACTOR THAN JAY.

After months of procrastination my husband and I decided to move forward with our master bathroom remodeling. Renovation & Home improvement did an excellent Job. Throughout the project Jay was very helpful and organized which was a source of relief on our part. Without hesitation, we would recommend Renovation & Home Improvement!

We recently bought an old house that turned out to have quite a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Renovation & Home Improvement did a terrific job for us. From installing new skylights, crown molding, interior doors and replaced water-damaged siding, to Build a new kitchen and bathrooms etc. the work done was most satisfactory. Jay has an eye for detail and planning. They know what they are doing and they couldn’t be more pleasant and accommodating. We would certainly use them again and we would highly recommend them to others.
