Nicki arrived on time for a consultation appointment and quickly assessed our master bath situation. She had several suggestions for re-routing plumbing (after we talk with the plumber), and a way to make a total walk-in shower. She also had good ideas about flooring for the bath as well as cabinetry and tile. We moved to the kitchen and she gave us several ideas of how to redo countertops and the kitchen sink. Because the kitchen may be less expensive, we may start there. I was very impressed with her knowledge of construction and her willingness to listen to our ideas, but not afraid to suggest her own ideas. We will be using By the Sea for our remodeling projects, both kitchen, and bath!
