Once I finally got the green light to do a kitchen remodel I was totally overwhelmed with not only the process but the contractors and designers I met with. No one seemed to understand I had a budget and truly listened to what I wanted. My friend referred me to Crystal and it was a total game changer. Crystal came in and knew more about the structural design of our house than the contractors I had been interviewing. The plans she created for us were incredible as we raised our ceilings, removed a major load baring wall, pushed walls back and created a space for a family of five that was open and beautiful. Crystal patiently helped me decide on cabinet colors, countertops, flooring and helped me with other decorating decisions. Honestly, her attention to every detail was amazing. Our kitchen could not have turned out any better & we stayed on budget. She worked very well with our awesome contractor we ended up hiring and was always on call to answer questions or concerns. We lover our cabinets from Diablo Cabinetry and look forward to having Crystal help us with our bathrooms!!!

I wanted to share the great experience I had when I remodeled my kitchen. I was so impressed when I visited the showrooms at Diablo Cabinetry in San Ramon. Talked with Frank and he recommended a style that would fit the budget I was working with and I also was working with a tight timeline. The next day Crystal came over to measure kitchen, I told her what I had in mind in certain areas. The next day I went to see the drawings and was so impressed with crystals ideas and how it looked. Crystal helped us design our kitchen (plus) remodel. We were starting from the 1970s, so it was a big design job. She was knowledgeable - who knew cabinets, etc. could be so complicated!!!!! - responsive and a pleasure to work with.

During our recent remodel, Crystal helped us through much of the process. She aligned her designs with our needs, and when appropriate, skillfully guided us to consider ideas that led to more creative outcomes. She had a comfortable rapport with our primary contractor and initiated contact with outside vendors to assure that her plan was compatible with requirements for size and safety. Case in point, a fireplace that had unusual specs for its placement. Communication was frequent, and Crystal was consistently accessible and eager to make a rather chaotic experience feel manageable and comfortable. We regard Crystal’s participation in our project as invaluable. We recommend her work with a sincere and total thumbs-up. Crystal helped us to replace all cabinets (9 feet long) in a master bath remodel. Cabinet selection was critical to selection of all other components and we spent considerable time making our choice. Crystal was extremely patient and helpful. She was a good listener and ably directed us to choices that fit our needs and taste. I had the pleasure of working with Crystal Hackl during a complete remodel of my master bath and a complete kitchen remodel. As this was my first time undertaking such a huge project, I was very nervous and did not know what to expect.
