Came out the same day our airconditioner quit working. We thought we would be talked into a new air conditioner since ours is old and maybe past it's service life. Instead he suggested we just recharge the air conditioner at a much much lower cost and he could do that immediately. Explained what he was doing as he went outside and inside. Wore booties the house didn't get dirt trampled in the house, especially since the air conditioner was in a garden area surrounded by dirt. we signed up for their service contract to save money and get off hours service without paying an emergency fee. Very polite, informative and responsive.

I called Dalton's today requesting a service repair call. The receptionist was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She let me know I can expect them to arrive late Monday morning & that they will call before they arrive. She let me know the service call cost and that that amount will be waived if my repair cost is over $100. I called Dalton's because of their reputation in the area. I am looking forward to getting my plumbing problem repaired by them. I will write a review after I receive their services.
