Dancy Designs, LLC is a Full-Service CAD Drafting, Engineering Consultant & Construction Service Firm. Since 2016 Dancy Designs, LLC has been providing professional CAD design services for Homeowners, Architects, Builders as well as Business owners in and around the Houston Area. Our experience designers will work with you to design the project of your dreams, within your budget and time frame. We are dedicated to meeting our client needs. We provide a full range of computer-aided drafting and related services for clients across Texas and Nationwide. We are not licensed architects or engineers, but if needed, we have vendors who assist us when needed. We pride ourselves on customer service, professionalism and experience. Thank you, Ron very much. Your professional approach is not to second. We establish an office on the first floor of two story residential property in Houston. Our last drafter was not on hurry, didn't pick up the phone, etc. Time came to submit the plans to the City online. I didn't have the original files with plans. I decided to hire someone who is more responsible. I found, Ron. One week and the plans and ready. Next week he upland the documents to project Dox system for us for additional fee. Everything he did was worth it so far. I greatly recommend him for your first or next project. We will hire him again for next phase in our project

He is prompt, thourough, and clear. I have him correcting plans drawn by an architect with another bigger firm. Those plans got rejected by the building review of Houston. Dancy has been patiently working through the details to help me get them approved for construction.
