We hired Mark and Daniel’s Development Group to build a bedroom addition and partially remodel our house. We found working with Mark very easy and really liked his ‘can do’ attitude. In the end, we were able to achieve much more than we initially planned. The process was very dynamic with multiple unplanned changes along the way. With Mark, we were able to figure out solutions quickly and without increasing costs. Our concerns were always addressed. We stayed home throughout the entire project but the whole crew ensured it remained livable at every stage. Daniel’s Development Group and Mark’s efficiency is truly remarkable. There were no unnecessary delays, we were always informed about any changes in schedule. Construction finished way sooner than we expected - and most importantly - without sacrificing the quality. We started looking for a company in August and from all we heard that obtaining all permits will take couple months, and we won’t be able to start earlier than December. With Mark, in December we were pretty much done with the project. If not for the holiday break, we would have wrapped up everything for sure.

As soon as we met with Mark for an estimate to convert our garage into a Junior ADU we knew he was the guy we were hiring. Mark is a constant professional and a great judge of character, that’s why his team is the best. He is critical of the work being done, the materials used, and the timeline to complete the job. Working with Mark was great from beginning to end. He worked closely with us through each step from planning, permitting, demo and construction of our master suite and patio construction. This was our first project and we’re grateful to have worked with someone that understood our vision and addressed our concerns. We hired Daniel's Development and Construction for a complete kitchen remodel, and for an electrical panel upgrade. Mark, the contractor who was responsible for the project was a great guy. He never left us hanging, and was precise on the job schedule. Of course, the job had unexpected surprises that delayed the project. There was the damaged subfloor, and termite damaged wood in the wall frame, but mark was able to efficiently solve the issues and continue on with the project. I reached out to Daniel's Development and Construction for a project I had in mind for a long period of time. I was planning on doing a second-floor addition in my house, and because My wife and I were expecting a newborn we decided to go with the project. Mark was the one to lead us throughout the exciting project. The project first seemed intimidating, but Mark helped us and was always there for us. He provided us with answers and solutions for any of our questions and was always very honest with us. The new rooms and bathrooms came out amazing with attention to small details.
