I had a screen enclosure just completed by CSNF. The workmanship turned out to be okay since all work was subbed out. However, the way they managed the project is totally unacceptable. The construction took 4 months after the quotation. Besides numerous delays, I had to deal with 6 different managers in different phases of the project. None of these people communicated their work plan and status proactively. With exception of one, all others were unresponsive in returning calls or texts. I will not recommend CSNF to anyone.

My husband & I had Construction Specialties of North Florida install our seamless gutters and they did a great job. There installers Greg & Tim were polite, professional and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of there services.

The timeline for completion was very good, as was availability of staff in response to my issues. However, the quality of the work was very disappointing. I hired them after a personal reference from a neighbor and after viewing her very similar screened enclosure (screen under an existing roof). The frame that was put up at my home has many rough cut edges showing, and a VERY poor caulking job at all joints. So bad, it was embarressing for me to look at. The caulking started peeling back after 3 weeks. The frame around one of the screen doors had several dents in the metal all around it that were very obvious, so it is hard to believe the installer did it notice this. Both these things were corrected in a timely manner without requiring the last 50% payment. Our previous screen cage enclosure at another home was not built with any of these problems and had no caulking on the metal joints anywhere so I was shocked at the comparatively poor quality of this work. Based on this poor quality, I would never hire this company in the future, and I will discourage anyone else from hiring them for this particular item as well.

The employees were well versed in the product they were installing. The employees were professional. They were helpful and the foreman even stopped working to explain to me what they were doing . Thank you

Taylor was great and worked out a super price. The team that came out to put in the fence was outstanding. They showed up early, and were very respectful. They completed the job early and also moved one of the spring Klee heads that was in the way. I look forward to them building my back screen enclosure later this summer.

Returned message same day. An appointment was made for next day to give an estimate. Estimate was given on sight and verified by email. Schedueling was done for near future. Installer was very polite and professional and hard working. We were very pleased with whole process from beginning to end. Mr. Hacker kept us informed when any arrival times were being adjusted. I would highly recommend their services.

CSNF did an outdoor kichen, screen porch and natural gas fire pit for us. They also did extra gutters on our house as well. They did an excellent job. The workers are professional and polite and very good at what they do. Additional follow up on minor issues was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them

I hired Construction Specialties of North Florida LLC to re-screen my pool enclosure. The time frame from the estimate to the finished project was only a matter of weeks. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The finished product is beautiful. They did a great job.

This was our second project with CSNF - the first to install gutters on our new home (they did a GREAT job) and this project, building a "birdcage" with outdoor country kitchen. The sales team was thorough and honest and worked with us to sell us what we needed, down to the light fixtures and stone work. AJ, our project manager is SUPERB! He was thorough with his communications with us and called/stopped by frequently during the project. My only issue with the project was the lack of communications with the actual workers on site. They did not have the proper measurements for the paver work and had to rework some areas twice. The QUALITY of the work is great. I highly recommend CSNF for these types of projects.

I love these guys! Construction Specialties of North Florida did a spectacular job on our outdoor kitchen, fire pit and screen enclosure. The staff and professionals who worked on our job were friendly and responsive. We had plenty of cool options to choose from and they held our hands through the entire process. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out.

Saw their truck in the neighborhood putting up gutters, we were needing an estimate for the same. Guy came by when he had finished, gave us an approx for what we needed done. An estimator contacted us, came by a few days later, gave a written quote. 3 days later, we had our gutters. Good job and appreciated how quickly they responded.
