About Us

Dawn Rosenmayr is an Allied member of both the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). She has a degree in Interior Design from the FIDER accredited Interior Designers Institute, rated one of the top Design Schools in the United States. Prior to design school, she studied marketing at the University of Colorado. Dawn has established a successful interior design business based in Newport Beach, CA. Though rooted in Newport Beach, she has traveled extensively for clients from all over California, and as far away as Chicago and Maui. Rosenmayr Interiors was established in 1998 after years of education in the fields of business, sales, design and Real Estate.

I'm a superintendent for a general contracting company. We serve the Southern California area based in the Bay Area. I've worked with Dawn on several projects. I'm not used to working with designers who understand construction and the situations that can arise. Dawn is a pleasure to work with and has made my portfolio look even more attractive than it was.

Dawn has an eye for all aspects of design. Within moments of walking into a space she knows how to make balance and the area pleasing to the eye. She was a huge asset when I move into my new home-she diminished the stress from new home design. I cannot image moving into a space without her again.

I have been working with Dawn in my various properties for the past 15 years. The best thing about working with her are her Contacts and resources She has the most amazing subcontractors that always do first-rate work and she always follows up and has an amazing amount of energy for finding exactly what you want. Dawn is a genius when it comes to an eye for what will look the best within the confines of a particular budget or location. I think my pictures say it all

Dawn is amazing!!! She worked with us in creating exactly what we were envisioning. She is incredibly intuitive, creative, and worked with us around a tight timeline and budget. In a matter of weeks, she had our project details ordered and scheduled for delivery. We were thrilled with her design and style. We will use her again and again on other projects!

My husband and I bought our home in Point Loma Ca. and we were totally stumped on how to decorated and furnish it. Dawn made our house into a beautiful home! Everything from paint color choices to lighting to fixtures and furnishings. She was very patient with my husband and I and our differences. She came up with wonderful comprimises. We specifically love our master bedroom and the luxurious freestanding tub. Oh and we love our Viking Kitchen appliances. Thank you Dawn!!

We used Dawn at Rosenmayr Interiors to redesign our downstairs living area. She is unbelievably creative, professional, and she was able to find all of the right pieces and accents to spark joy in our home. I would highly recommend her for your home or business.

Dawn is an AMAZING designer. She outlines everything for you step by step and allows "you" to be in the design. She is very resourceful and I love how she managed to bring every element I wanted into our space. If this had a rating system of 1-10 I would say a 10. Anne

Dawn Did a Fabulous job on redecorating our Tudor Home. Every room was studied and designed on a grid to show us what she would suggest and also asked us many questions on our lifestyle and habits. Never using the Living Room she suggested we open up a wall where a window was and adding French Doors. Now we use it everyday. She brought the outside in by using wallpaper with beautiful birds and made a real change in the dining room. A very fun person to work with with a great sense of humor made this a very successful 4 to 5 months of no hassles or problems. Her Subcontractors were so friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to have such a wonder new redecorated house to live in. Frank and Carroll
